Roam Homes app for iPhone and iPad

Everyone loves to look at homes while cruising. We like to see things up close, and get a feel for different neighborhoods. This app will “roam” with you, and using your phone’s location, will give you access to photos and complete details about homes for sale near you.

With this app you can:

-Find nearby properties for sale – if you’re in front of a home it will be the first property listed!
-Search for properties by price, beds, baths, neighborhoods, etc.
-View property details – price, features, and PICTURES! Anything that’s in the MLS.
-See maps of properties matching your search, get directions.
-Save properties, notes and searches for later viewing.
-Send property information to a spouse/friend by email.
-Schedule a viewing with a click.
-Get notified when new properties match your saved search, or when a price change is found for one of your saved properties. (optional)

Unlike other apps – NO ADVERTISEMENTS! Only quality information delivered in a simple and intuitive application. Unlike most web search portals, you don’t have to provide your contact information if you choose not to.

The app is available in certain markets. Some similar apps open in different cities ( or even “nationwide”!) with only a fraction of the actual homes for sale. So that we can display all homes in supported markets, we will open in cities where we can contract with the local MLS to get all properties. We wish this process was quicker, but we’ll be moving as fast as we can. We are currently serving:
